1. Who we are

Blic.Taxi (the “Company”) publishes the website blic.taxi, an independent guide that recommends one taxi app per Balkan country (the “Site”). By using the Site you accept these terms.

2. What the Site does — and does not do

The Site provides editorial recommendations and links to third-party taxi apps on the Apple App Store, Google Play and the operators’ own websites. The Company does not operate a taxi app, does not provide transport, does not employ or contract drivers and is not a party to any ride. Every ride is a contract between you and the operator of the app you use, and that operator’s terms apply.

3. Recommendations

Picks are made by the Company against a published checklist (licensed drivers, prices shown before the ride, live tracking, languages, airport coverage, safety and support). Facts about an app — coverage, features, store ratings, rider and driver numbers — come from the operator’s own listings and public statements on the date noted in the Site’s data, and may change. A recommendation is an opinion, not a guarantee of availability, price or service quality.

4. Commercial relationships

Where the Company has a commercial or ownership relationship with a recommended app, it is disclosed on that app’s country page. Such a relationship never changes the checklist above.

5. Acceptable use

• No scraping, reverse engineering or interfering with the Site.
• No abusive or fraudulent use of the contact form.
• No reproduction of Site content without permission.

6. Intellectual property

The Blic.Taxi name, logo, design and editorial content are the property of the Company. All rights reserved. App names, icons and store badges belong to their respective owners and are shown for identification only.

7. Liability

The Site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for the acts or omissions of any recommended app, its operator or its drivers, nor for indirect damages arising from use of the Site or of a recommended app.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version always lives on this page with the date above.
